It is essential that you can provide evidence of Maths and English at Level 2 or above and have an understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and equality legislation in the UK.
You will have experience of working with young people (16 – 25) and knowledge of employment pathways, apprenticeships, and training programmes is essential.

You will have a genuine passion for youth empowerment, advocacy and community development and motivating young people.
Knowledge of the local mid‑Notts area and experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged young people would be an advantage.
You would be working from both our Sutton and Ollerton campuses, and in the wider community, so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory as you will be expected to drive between venues.
