Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well known nationwide Wealth Management firm to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their high performing team based in Belfast. The role is full time and permanent, offering hybrid working after probation.
The Client
Our client provides a comprehensive range of financial planning and investment management services to clients in Northern Ireland. Established in Belfast in 2007 our client manages assets for clients in Northern Ireland through a team of dedicated and experienced financial planning advisers and investment professionals.
The Role
The Financial Services Administrator will support the Financial Advisors with a range of administrative support. Typical duties will include:
1. Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
2. Compile pre-meeting information from internal and external sources
3. Completing, checking and submitting client reports and take on documentation
4. Process new business and client instructions in a timely manner
5. Liaise with Advisers and management to ensure effective and compliant delivery of allocated duties
6. Compile and maintain records to support research undertaken and solutions provided, and update client records as required
7. Ensure timely delivery of key features, illustrations and other mandatory documentation within agreed timescales
8. Work closely with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed actions arising from client meetings and to service existing clients;
9. Prepare timely, accurate information and documentation to ensure client reviews and valuations are delivered in line with agreed service schedules
10. Support the ongoing client relationship in conjunction with the Adviser and administration staff
11. General administrative duties within the Wealth Management and Financial Advisory businesses.
12. Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
Requirements
13. A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the Financial Services sector
14. An excellent working knowledge of MS Office and a good telephone manner
15. A flexible attitude and a proven record as a strong team player
