Role Purpose
The Finance Analyst supports the finance function in the preparation & support of financial information & analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications & Key Experiences:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
* Studying for or intending to pursue accountancy qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modelling and presentation skills are a plus.
* Familiarity with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Accountability) is preferred.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collegiately with finance colleagues & business customers
Responsibilities:
1. Provide relevant & accurate information to support commercial decisions
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting, forecasts & annual
3. budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data
4. and provide insight
5. Work with finance colleagues to monitor revenue & pipeline
6. forecasts
7. Assist in the development of client profitability analysis
8. Monitoring of key cost drivers by capability & type of spend
9. Review market information to support financial insight
10. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on project work
