Introduction With a history spanning more than 100 years, the SAUTER Group is a worldwide market-leading specialist in developing, manufacturing, and delivering Building Management Systems (BMS) for large commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities: * Organise company events, meetings, conferences and roadshows * Organise catering for meetings * Take minutes in meetings * Other activities as and when required by the Managing Director * Manage the recruitment process including posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, liaising with agencies * Manage the on/off-boarding and induction process for starters and leavers * Organise training courses and maintain training records * Assist in audits as and when required * Deal with ad-hoc HR queries from employees via phone, email and in-person * Other HR related activities as and when required * Manage the day-to-day handling of social media sites * Publish content across social media sites * Ensure all communication meets the company’s brand guidelines, standards and tone of voice * Be available to support the Sales and Operation teams from an administrative perspective What we are looking for in an individual: * Previous experience in a similar role * Experience in social media / content creation * Ability to prioritise workload * Excellent communication and written skills * Attention to detail * Proactive * Can work within a team as well as on own initiative * IT proficient
