We’re Hiring: Development Chef
Location: London & Surrounding / Mainly Mon-Fri with occasional weekends for new openings

I am working with a bespoke contract caterer with a serious passion for great food and next-level service – and we’re on the hunt for a Development Chef to work closely with our Chef Director to drive our food offering forward, shake up the norm, and help us grow through bold ideas and beautiful plates.
This isn’t your average back-of-house role this is a great opportunity for a development chef We’re looking for someone currently in a senior culinary role, ideally overseeing everything from retail and staff dining to high-end hospitality and events – someone who thrives on variety and can spot an opportunity in every plate.
What You’ll Do:
1. Collaborate with our Chef Director to shape and evolve our food concepts across multiple sites
2. Lead innovation sessions, menu development and tastings
3. Support new openings and bring exciting food ideas to life
4. Be a go-to mentor and motivator for our kitchen teams
5. Keep an eye on trends and help us stay ahead of the curve
Who You Are:
6. A positive, bubbly foodie with bags of energy and creativity
7. Currently in a senior culinary role with experience across multiple food streams
8. A natural collaborator who loves bouncing around ideas
9. Passionate about delivering food that makes people say “WOW”
10. Super organised, with a keen eye for detail and quality
11. Happy to work Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend for exciting new launches
