Our Opportunity: Davies are looking to recruit a dedicated Liability Team Leader to manage team of employees, handle allocated claims and ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with client requirements. What will your day look like: Manage and monitor daily/monthly KPIS Ensure a high level of staff engagement Manage daily workloads and complete training/coaching Review and monitor individuals performance Attend Client Review Meetings Monitor Staffing levels and Conduct staff audits/feedback Staff Development Effectively organise, manage and motivate staff under their control. Ensure Key Performance Indicator targets are reached and maintained. Provide training, support and coaching in order to develop staff. Handle complaints appropriately. Handle complex or high value claims in line with client requirements and service standards. Adhere to Company systems and procedures. Maintain existing client relationships. Authorise payments to defined limits. Maintain a high level of technical competence. Knowledge and Abilities: 5 GCSE’s grade A – C including Maths and English Willingness to work toward CII Qualification People Management and Leadership skills. Experience of Customer Service and Claims Management in an insurance background. Excellent computer literacy. Articulation and good telephone communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability. The ability to organise own workload. The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
