Customer Service & Operations Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join a busy and supportive team.
🕒 Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 – 16:00 (includes 30-minute break)
💷 Pay
* £12.92 per hour
📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.
* Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers (once trained and confident)
* Filing and managing Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
* Reporting and tracking delivery shortages
* Monitoring transport delays and failures
* Updating internal progress reports
🧠Skills Required
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Confident email communication
* Good organisational and multitasking ability
* Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
🎓 Training Full training will be provided on site.
