Production Operative
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Production Operative working for a well-established and global company based in North Walsham, Norfolk.

The successful Production Operative will be responsible for a range of other duties including;
* Operating robotic Packing machines
* Pack, label and palletize product
* Proper packaging of the produced goods and disposal of the waste
* Control material movement and complete relevant documentation required for shift handover and for reporting.
* When trained, to complete quality checks and submissions and to assist the operator grade 3 as required.
* Maintenance of a safe, clean, and tidy work area ensuring you work with your Team to achieve a high Health and Safety standard
Working Hours
This role is a shift pattern and you will be working a 12 hour shift from 6.00 to 18.15, and from 18.00 to 06.15, with a 45 minute paid break and 15 minute unpaid break.
The shift pattern is a panama shift pattern. An example of this is as follows:
Week 1 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Days)
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (Days)
Week 3 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Nights)
Week 4 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (Nights)
We have 4 shifts that cover the 24/7 operation and the shifts rotate every 2 weeks( see above's example)
Rate of Pay
Starting at £12.40 plus £1.50 shift premium per hour .
Overtime is paid at 1.6 times your basic hourly rate
