What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions.
* Provide rehabilitation interventions to improve function and independence concerning Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
* Engage in cognitive assessments and rehabilitation exercises.
* Utilize therapeutic handling skills in appropriate conditions.
* Assess environmental and equipment needs, including specialist seating assessments.
* Identify ongoing needs while maximising individuals’ quality of life.
* Liaise with community colleagues to facilitate complex discharge planning.
* Evaluate outcomes aligned with individualized care plans for continuous improvement.
* Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy support staff and students in their professional development.
* Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support recovery and rehabilitation.

You will work in a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service that caters for individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
