Job Opportunity
1. We have an exciting opportunity for an empathetic, experienced, and compassionate leader. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.
2. You will oversee medication management within the household, ensuring accurate records are maintained and customer plans are up to date.
3. You should be aware that challenges may arise, and therefore, excellent planning skills—both for your time and your team—are essential, along with supporting individuals' needs.
Candidate Requirements
This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about health and well-being in later years. The right candidate will be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be working towards it). Experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
