Page Group are working in partnership with a long standing client who are a market leading manufacturer within the construction and industrial sector.They are now looking to appoint an Internal Sales & Service Manager to join them at their Scunthorpe head office and lead a team providing B2B customers with quotations, estimations and processing of orders
Job Description
3. Provide leadership, management and direction to a 7fte Internal Sales function focused on providing Quotations & Estimations to B2B customers
4. Ensure quotations and estimations are followed up on to ensure end outcomes are recorded
5. Drive quotation / estimation uptake through strong price negotiations and excellent service levels
6. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in line with agreed timescales
7. Provide training and development to the team
8. Work cross functionally with field sales to offer support to customers
9. Provide customers with accurate lead / order times, working with production and logistics to deliver on time
10. Review operating process and procedures to improve profitability, lead times, efficiency and customer satisfaction
11. Use quotation / estimation data to understand customer trends, customer feedback and use the data to make informed decisions
