Overview
Vehicle Technician – Location: Cheltenham. Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 basic, £37,700 OTE (Uncapped). Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours with Saturdays on rota with full days back in the week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join our clients workshop based in Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair and maintain a variety of vehicles, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
* Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Requirements
* Level 3 Light Vehicle maintenance preferred, but not essential.
* Level 2 will be considered if the applicant has at least a few years of full-time experience.
* Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
