My client has a very settled and established team and due to the rare opening within it they are looking for a conscientious, customer service driven team member to join them.
Lettings Negotiator – Benefits
* A basic salary of £26,700

Lettings Negotiator – Duties
* Play your part in helping to continue to build the brand and reputation in the local marketplace.
* Work with existing landlords to ensure their properties are let quickly, efficiently and to high standards
* Conduct property inspections
* Deal with property maintenance for a portfolio of approx. 150 units
* Generate and book viewings for available stock
* Organising pre tenancy paperwork
* Dealing with general incoming calls and emails from tenant and landlords
* Ad hoc office duties
Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Experience within a business generation role in lettings or property management is desirable
* Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
* Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
* You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
