Oneline is looking for a motivated and detail-driven SHEQ Advisor to join our growing team! As our SHEQ Advisor, you'll play a key role in advising and supporting management on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality across our operations. More about the role: Support the implementation and maintenance of Occupational Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems. Develop, review, and update SHEQ documentation and templates. Prepare and deliver SHEQ training and awareness sessions across the organisation. Compile performance data to prepare formal SHEQ meeting agendas and chair meetings as required. Assist in the development of Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Assessments. Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and drug & alcohol testing as required. Provide SHEQ-related advice and guidance to all levels of staff. Maintain and manage SHEQ records, inspection registers, and statistical reporting. Collaborate with HR to support occupational health compliance. Support the identification of training and competence needs. Assist with the investigation of incidents and ensure effective communication of lessons learned. Promote a positive and proactive safety, health, and environmental culture across the organisation. About you: Relevant experience in SHEQ, ideally within the water or construction industry. NEBOSH General or Environmental Certificate (desirable; training support available). Confined Space, Streetworks, and other industry-related certifications (desirable). Membership with IEMA or other relevant professional bodies (desirable). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement. Full clean UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK is essential.
