Overview Join Gallagher Re’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and South Africa) Team as an Account Manager in Ipswich ! We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic individual to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional post-placement services and building strong client relationships. How you'll make an impact Be the go-to person for your clients, brokers, and internal teams. Understand your clients’ businesses and reinsurance programmes. Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates and reports. Ensure all post-placement services are delivered on time and meet client expectations. Work closely with brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and address client needs. Monitor contracts and programmes, raising any concerns as needed. Attend client meetings, audits, and events to strengthen relationships. Stay compliant with legal, regulatory, and company policies. About You A-levels (or equivalent) and are eligible to work in the UK. Knowledge of insurance/ reinsurance products and services. Confident with Microsoft Office and have strong IT skills. A great communicator, both written and verbal. A good eye for detail and can organise and prioritise tasks effectively. Team player but can also work independently. Eager to learn, grow, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
