Hourly rate £15 - £19 per hour
£29,250 - £37,050 per annum

Our client, a leading precision manufacturer of safety critical components in Worcester are seeking the right individual to join their team as a TIG Welder (mainly aluminium welding). This role is a full time, permanent position on day shift and does come with the possibility of overtime.
Must have background.
* Proven background and experience in Aluminium TIG welding (Magnesium welding would be advantageous)
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experienced using a variety of hand tools.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills.
* Must be well organised and communicative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performing precision TIG Welding duties
* Ensuring produced fabrications meet rigorous and industry leading standards.
* Supporting production and quality teams with inspections
* Supporting the enhancement on process improvements and continuous improvements implementation
* Developing methods of manufacture
* Maintain a clean workstation adhering to 5S standards

* Holidays - 25 days holiday plus banks (The company elects to be closed for normal business over the Christmas period a total of 6 days of which 3 are from normal holiday entitlement and 3 are from statutory entitlement)
* Pension - 5%-3%
* Life Assurance - You will be covered by Company’s Life Assurance benefits. The scheme provides for a lumpsum benefit payable on death in service equivalent to 2x pensionable salary.
