Private PA / Traveling Butler required for the founder of a leading global strategic advisory and marketing firm. This is a new role to integrate into the existing support team and working alongside the principal’s London-based EA, providing vital support to manage the principal’s private affairs and incredibly busy lifestyle. The principal travels extensively throughout the year and the PA will largely be working remotely but there will be frequent global travel accompanying her on trips - regular destinations will include: London, the UAE (and other GCC countries), Los Angeles & New York, and France. While the PA is free to base themselves from anywhere, London would be preferred, or otherwise the Middle East would be most convenient. Hours:- Full-time with flexibility to work out of standard office hours and to different time-zones Location:- London (or Middle East) with frequent global travel Salary:- Dependent upon experience Start Date:- Sept 2025 Interviewing:- ASAP Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage the principal’s schedule whilst travelling, including meetings, events, personal appointments, and social engagements Liaise with staff across 4 different locations Organise residences - liaising with concierge and security Accompany the principal on private and some business trips providing right-hand support Travel ahead of time to prepare properties for the principal’s arrival Pack / unpacking Wardrobe management Organising medical matters Arranging personal appointments Booking restaurants and dinners Assisting with event management Close liaison with the principal’s EA Liaise with family members and private contacts Liaison with personal advisors Managing private / social diary Coordinating private and on-the-ground travel Personal shopping and Gifting Errand running Assist with personal financial matters and manage personal expenses Candidates must be / have: Proven experience working in similar Private PA positions Flexible to work to different timezones depending on the principals location No restrictions preventing regular and occasionally last-minute travel High level of organisation and able to multitask Highly efficient with great attention to detail Proactive and able to use their initiative to work with autonomy - there will be long periods apart from the principal A good communicator able to develop professional working relationships with the principal’s personal contacts, other team members, as well as suppliers and vendors Personable, articulate and well-presented Calm under pressure A problem-solver and decisive High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity Tech-savvy PLEASE NOTE We receive a considerable amount of applications for every position and there is tough competition in the employment market.
