Your new role
As a Senior Manager in the Tax Assurance & Risk Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients meet their taxernance obligations and strategically improve their tax operations. You’ll work with a wide variety of private, PE-backed, and listed clients across sectors, delivering specialist advice on tax strategy, risk management, andpliance frameworks.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll manageplex projects, coordinate junior resources and tax specialists, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll lead workshops, training sessions, and webinars, often at Board level, and contribute to business development and innovation activities that support our continued growth.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualified experience in tax and a strong understanding of Tax Assurance and Risk Management. You will also bring:
1. Proven experience in taxernance, including SAO, CCO, HMRC Business Risk Reviews, and tax control frameworks
2. Strong presentation andmunication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
3. Amercial mindset and natural curiosity about how tax functions operate
4. Experience in leadingplex, end-to-end project delivery
5. A collaborative approach and ability to manage and mentor junior team members
6. A proactive attitude and interest in developing bespoke solutions for clients
