What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand presence, storytelling, and creative execution. We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded and hands-on generalist marketer to join our team. Reporting into the Head of Marcomms, you’ll shape and deliver engaging, high-impact content and campaigns that capture who we are and where we’re going.
You’ll be the kind of person who loves seeing a project through from concept to completion: developing ideas, creating assets, writing copy, pressing publish and tracking the results.
You’ll:
* Assist with our dynamic B2B-focused marketing strategy with accountability for generating and reporting on MQLs/SQLs
* Own the content calendar, planning and producing content across social media, email, website, and print
* Oversee day-to-day social channels (primarily LinkedIn), planning, creating and scheduling scroll-stopping posts, reels, graphics, and updates
* Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to design and produce compelling assets (brochures, pitch decks, branded collateral, hoarding boards)
* Coordinate exhibitions and events in the UK and US, as well as award submissions and press activity
* Support internal communications, newsletters, and case studies by creating content and managing delivery to deadlines
* Monitor and report on performance across Google Analytics, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website traffic, recommending actions to improve results
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and turn ideas into high-quality outputs that cuts through
* Collaborate with external partners including designers, videographers, web masters and SEO specialists while taking responsibility for final delivery.
* Keep our brand voice consistent, modern, and unmistakably Concurrent across all touchpoints
About You
You’re a creative thinker, a doer, and a marketer who’s confident wearing many hats. You don’t just “get” the brand, you know how to make it work hard to deliver results. You’re a strong communicator who’s excited to bring big ideas to life and keep projects moving at pace, and you’re just as happy executing the work as you are shaping the plan.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a fast-paced, generalist B2B marketing role with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
* Great working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and confident producing assets yourself
* Social media management experience, especially LinkedIn, with a focus on generating leads and building brand presence
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, you know how to bring a message to life and adapt it for different channels
* A proactive, self-starting mindset - you see gaps, take ownership, and make things happen without waiting for instruction
Nice to have:
* Experience working with embedded computing products and/or in the defence sector.
* Experience in ads management (Google Ads and LinkedIn)
* Experience using Storyblok as a headless CMS system
