Commercial Solicitor with UAE Experience – UK Interim Opportunities
Elevate is building a talent pool of experienced Commercial Solicitor with strong UAE legal experience for upcoming interim assignments with international organisations and in-house legal teams across the UK.
We’re keen to connect with commercially minded lawyers who have supported businesses across the UAE and wider Middle East region and are open to flexible interim opportunities.
Assignments are expected to range from 3–6 months, with flexible working arrangements available depending on the client.
What we’re looking for:
• UK Qualified Solicitor is essential
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, supplier, procurement and service agreements
• Ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice
• Experience working closely with commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Prior UAE legal experience is essential
• In-house or secondment experience highly desirable
• UK-based candidates only
