Assistant Project Coordinator

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will provide administrative support to project managers and site teams, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating project meetings, scheduling, taking minutes, and distributing action items.
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements.
* Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Maintaining health & safety documentation and ensuring site records are compliant.
* Supporting the finance team with invoice tracking, expense reports, and project cost reporting.
Requirements:

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Aconex, or Viewpoint is desirable.
* Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or architecture environment is advantageous.
