We’re a leading recruitment agency looking for a strong leader to join our IT division. As a Team Lead, you’ll guide and develop your permanent recruitment consultants, shape recruitment strategies, and manage your own client portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 360° permanent recruitment consultants.
* Strategy: Define and implement talent acquisition strategies and effective team structures to meet company targets.
* Coaching: Provide clear guidance, feedback, and development to drive team performance.
* Operations: Manage your own client portfolio and support your team in placing IT specialists and executives.
* Team Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in 360° IT permanent recruitment, including business development and delivery.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop recruitment consultants.
* Strength in defining and executing recruitment strategies and effective team structures.
* Hands‑on mindset with the ability to manage your own clients while supporting the team.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
