We are looking for a Sales Assistant / Barista with Key Holder responsibilities to join the Hoxton team for our Chichester Store. This store has a vibrant vibe with lots of regular customers and an amazing existing team.
A bit about you:
* Have a positive attitude with great communication skills
* Enjoy working with a small team
* Provide amazing customer service to every customer who walks through the door
* Be reliable with the flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
* Ideally you will be Barista trained, if not you will have the motivation to learn this new skill
* 18 years or above due to Keyholder responsibilities
* Ability to travel to cover in other stores would be an advantage

* Creating a positive environment with fabulous customer service
* Preparing coffee and other drink
* Making sandwiches and selling our freshly made buns and bread
* Serving customers, cash handling and operating tills

We bake over 1 million loaves and pastries a year, with a mission to bring better bread to more people. We have an ever growing wholesale business and six retail stores which sell not just our bread and pastries but also our own roasted Seadog coffee.
