We are looking for someone with experience in leading teams in education, SEND, or supported employment, such as a Curriculum Manager, Programme Manager, SEND Manager, Learning Support Manager, or Supported Employment Lead.
You will:
* Recruit and manage a high-performing team
* Build strong relationships with employers, local authorities, and families
* Oversee quality, safeguarding, and compliance
* Drive learner success into sustained employment
You should bring leadership experience in FE or specialist provision, knowledge of quality frameworks and safeguarding, and a passion for inclusive education.
