Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in South East of England, are looking for a Children's Social Workers join their Family Safeguarding Service on a Permanent Basis. Position: Safeguarding Social WorkerRate: £40,434 - £50,075 plus a retention package Contract Type: Permanent Purpose:
* Managing a caseload of children, professionally and comprehensively, whilst ensuring high professional standards inline with legislation and practice methods.
Job Responsibilities:
* Professionally assess the needs of children and families to provide efficient and effective standards.
* Complete and process reports including care plans and proceedings in for Family Proceedings and court.
* Promoting child and young people involvement using multi agency working with external professional to further develop the service.
* Attending conferences, reviews and court when required for each case, presenting plan and opinions in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
* Recognised Social Work Qualification
* Commitment to Continuing Professional Development
* Knowledge of CP, CIN and LAC, and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
* Practical with assessment skills within a social work setting.
* Must be a car driver with access to own car.
