Banks Peninsula Early Learning is a community hub where mana and learner identity flourish. We are seeking an inspiring, business-savvy leader to serve as the professional face of our centre—bridging the gap between our Governing Committee, teaching team, and whānau.
The role
As Business Leader, you will manage the heart of our operations with purpose. Working alongside our Curriculum Leader and supported by an Admin Assistant, you will drive occupancy, ensure robust compliance, and maintain financial integrity. You will be the primary point of contact for enrolments, fostering a welcoming environment grounded in Whakawhanaungatanga.
