Electrical Site Supervisor (Black Hat) – Major Secure Infrastructure Project Plymouth Area 45 Hours per Week (07:30 – 17:30) Security Clearance Required We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor (Black Hat) to join a major redevelopment project within a secure, live operational environment in Plymouth. This is a key supervisory role, providing frontline leadership to electrical operatives and subcontractors while ensuring full compliance with electrical safety rules, statutory regulations, and project procedures. Working within a high-assurance setting, you will oversee day-to-day electrical activities, support safe systems of work, and act as a critical link between the workforce and Authorised Person (AP). You will monitor works, review RAMS and permits, deliver toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety-first culture across site.
