We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is available immediately in Chelmsford to provide essential support to a busy education focused team. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident using digital tools and able to manage a varied workload with accuracy and pace. Working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday, in their Chelmsford office. Pay rate will be circa £15ph and the role will be ongoing temporary. The role will involve: Coordinating programmes for schools, including course promotion, digital updates and venue bookings Providing administrative support for meetings, including taking minutes Managing email inbox and producing mailers Supporting the coordination of events Supporting with any invoicing and other payment processes if neededWhat you will need: Strong administrative experience in a fast paced environment Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and website management Excellent written communication and attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines Any experience in an education setting would be preferable Professional approach when working with internal/external teamsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, variety in their day and taking ownership of tasks
