About the role:
As KS2 Teacher at Silverways School, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will plan, assess and deliver outstanding teaching and learning using proven methods and approaches that enable all young people to learn, whilst ensuring that pastoral needs are also met. You will establish excellent relationships with parents and carers and inspire trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues, families and other professionals.
This role involves meeting the needs of children in an academically driven and therapeutic school. Candidates should be dedicated to nurturing confident and capable children who are well-prepared and secondary ready. About you :
For this position, we are seeking experienced individuals who hold QTS and can deliver a broad and balanced national curriculum. We are keen to hear from teachers who have experience working with children with SEND and autism however, due to the supportive culture at Silverways School, this post may also be suitable for mainstream teachers. Additionally, experience of delivering phonics would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-quality and effective teaching, engaging and motivating children throughout their education. They should have a genuine passion for supporting students in their learning and development and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on their lives and education.
