Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within a busy remortgage department within the post completion team assisting clients at the end of their transaction.You will be handling a range of queries over the telephone, email and letter from clients ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.The role will also be working closely with banks and other third parties alongside other members of the business to provide a seamless remortgage process.
