Role and Responsibilities
* As Sales Administrator, your duties will include the following:
* Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on information provided by the Sales team.
* Ensure all quotation documents meet company standards and formatting requirements.
* Flag any inconsistencies, missing data, or issues requiring clarification from the Sales team.
* Support process improvements by suggesting efficiencies or system enhancements.
* Any other ad hoc duties.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Suites.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask.

Hours of work are:
Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm
Thursday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
