We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate advanced nurse practitioner or nurse practitioner to join our healthcare team and become part of an organisation committed to making a difference. You will be supported by a diverse, multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical staff, all working together to provide high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to our patients. As an experienced nurse prescriber, you will work within your professional boundaries and serve as the first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems. You will utilise your skills in history taking, physical examination, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making to establish a diagnosis and create a management plan. Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary practice team is essential to meet the needs of our patients. About the Candidate To be considered for this role, you will need the following; Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Master’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or advanced practice qualification accredited by the RCN Qualified Independent nurse prescriber Meets NMC revalidation requirements Complies with the standards for registered advanced nurse practitioners (ANP) working at an advanced level About Us Ambrose Avenue Group Practice is a long-established, award-winning, forward-thinking training practice.
