This is a role for someone who thrives in hands‑on environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to contribute to the performance and safety of cutting‑edge technology.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Test & Means team, you will:
1. Plan, organise and execute development and qualification testing for cutting‑edge electrical and aerospace products.
2. Produce high‑quality technical documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports that ensure compliance and traceability.
3. Prepare and maintain test setups, instrumentation, safety documentation and risk assessments.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional experts in Design, V&V, Quality, Manufacturing, R&T and R&D.
5. Coordinate with external test houses and equipment suppliers as needed.
6. Support continuous improvement of test rigs, facilities and methodologies.
7. Grow towards owning full test campaigns with independent scope and responsibility.

Qualifications
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a passion for testing, technology and rigorous engineering.
Essential / Preferred Experience
8. Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar) with proven experience, within the industry or similar.
9. Background in testing, validation or qualification activities
10. Hands-on experience with electrical products, test rigs, instrumentation and data acquisition systems
11. Familiarity with mechanical or hydraulic systems
12. Understanding of the product development lifecycle, ideally in aerospace or electrical propulsion
13. Experience writing test documentation (plans, procedures, reports)
Technical Skills
14. Knowledge of Dewesoft and DASYLab; LabVIEW is a bonus
15. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
16. Ability to interpret requirements and select compliance methods
17. Strong planning, prioritisation and communication skills
