Job Responsibilities
* Host: You'll welcome customers into your store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them.
* Warehouse Standards: You'll assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, collect customer orders, and keep standards high.
* Part of the Team: You'll join a team that takes pride in their store, works together, and has lots of fun along the way!
* Training Program: A 12-15 month program that gives you a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2, blending practical and online learning. By the end, you'll have a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and a strong knowledge of how to motivate and develop a team.

You'll be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring our customers are the heart of everything we do. Our Retail Assistants are vital to the running of a store, so you'll always be kept busy. Salary and Benefits
* Up to £12.15 per hour
* Part Time (16 hours) - Permanent, Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm), Saturday (7am to 6pm), Sunday (9am to 4pm)
* 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing with length of service, up to a maximum of 33 days.
