Deputy Home Manager – £30,000–£35,000 In this Deputy Home Manager role, you’ll help lead a residential care home for older adults where maintaining high standards of care is a daily priority. Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll support the team, oversee care delivery, and help keep the service operating at the level that has earned it a Good CQC rating. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Deputy Home Manager within elderly residential care. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. This position is not suitable for candidates without supervisory experience in a care home setting.
