Wed 18:00‑00:30, Thu 18:00‑00:30, Fri 18:00‑00:30.
Pay: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.
Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week; flexible options available, starting at 12 hours.
Shift planning: You will receive three weeks' notice for your assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
* Serve shoppers and help meet their needs throughout the store.
* Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers and staff.
* Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.
* Work across the store: service, picking, replenishment, and deliveries as required.
* Apply training to work safely and effectively.
* Make decisions that are right for customers and support store performance.
* Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to enhance the store atmosphere.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
* Represent the brand with a professional appearance and punctuality.
