THE ROLE
Based in the City of London, all staff ( approx 100) are in the office 5 days a week to ensure all working to the same goals and to be there to support one another in person!
Supporting the marketing team of 4, your role will involve:
1. Helping with events including roadshows, conferences, webinars and tradeshows.
2. Coordinating event communications, invitations, merchandise, and post-event analysis
3. Supporting marketing campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, and PPC.
4. Assisting with newsletters, broker communications, blogs, and promotional content.
5. Working closely with internal stakeholders.
6. Managing branded merchandise and client gifting activity.
7. Supporting wider brand awareness and engagement initiatives.
YOU
Existing experience in events and marketing coordination.
Very strong organisational and project management skills - you'll always know whats going on where and when!
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills - you won't be afraid to ask!!
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Confident using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and marketing systems in general.
A proactive, team-focused approach with great attention to detail. The marketing team is a happy camp and wld welcome another collaborative, energised and capable marketeer!
You must be fluent in English and have the right to work in the UK.
