£27,000 to £30,000 plus other benefits.
25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.00/ Friday 08.00 to 15.00
Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established national business for a proactive Hire & Service Coordinator. This fast-paced role involves managing customer enquiries, processing hire and service orders, and coordinating engineers, drivers, and schedules across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Handle hire and service enquiries
Process orders accurately and update internal systems
Coordinate jobs with planners, engineers, and drivers
Prioritise reactive/breakdown work
Manage job sheets, timesheets, and WIP reports
Support purchasing, parts, and stock admin
Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support
About You
Experience in coordination or admin within a busy environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
Customer-focused and able to multitask
Industry experience (hire/engineering) beneficial but not essential
