We're looking for a fun, confident, and quick-thinking Event Specialist to help create unforgettable stag & hen weekends. If you're organised, customer-focused, love selling experiences — and bringing the party vibes — this could be your dream role.
You'll be planning epic weekends, speaking with excited groups, building bespoke party packages, and ensuring every booking runs smoothly from first enquiry to final cheers.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling enquiries via phone, email & online channels
* Turning enquiries into BOOKINGS with your strong sales skills
* Creating tailored party packages (accommodation, activities, transport & more)
* Designing unique, unforgettable itineraries
* Upselling exciting extras and experiences (hello commission)
* Managing multiple bookings with confidence and attention to detail
* Handling last-minute changes calmly and professionally
* Working closely with suppliers, venues & partners
* Ensuring every group has an incredible, stress-free experience
We're looking for someone who:

* Thrives under pressure and thinks fast on their feet
* Is confident on the phone and brilliant with people
* Has strong organisation skills — even when things get hectic
* Loves sales and is motivated by commission
* Can multitask like a pro
Has a creative, solution-focused mindset
Brings holiday-rep energy into the workplace
Has strong social media skills — being a social media "guru" with ideas for promoting experiences and engaging audiences would be a big advantage
Experience in events, travel, hospitality or sales is a bonus — but attitude, energy and enthusiasm matter most.
