You’ll be the most senior product hire, owning the product end‑to‑end before a single line of code is written.

The Opportunity
* Lead a clean‑slate rebuild of a complex, global workforce management system
* Own product vision, structure, UX, and specification from day one
* Define the MVP, roadmap, workflows, and architecture before engineering scales
* Turn deep domain complexity into a simple, elegant user experience
* Shape a product with long‑term commercial and strategic significance

What You’ll Do
* Translate executive‑level vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and flows
* Design end‑to‑end user journeys for employees, managers, HR teams, and admins
* Define feature sets, workflows, and MVP scope for a global audience
* Act as the connective tissue between vision, design, and delivery as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
* Deep experience in workforce management, HR tech, scheduling, or time & attendance
* Proven track record delivering complex, workflow‑heavy SaaS products
* Comfortable operating in greenfield, startup, or scale‑up environments
* Someone who wants real ownership, not just backlog management
