As the Gas Surveyor you will be:
* Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
* Ensuring all valuations are correct
* Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
* Dealing with gas complaints from customers
Qualifications / Experience:
* CIOB / QS / RICS degree
* Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
* Social housing experience
* Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
As the Gas Surveyor, you will receive:
* £43,800
* 35 hours a week
