You will take ownership of key product areas end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery, helping to solve real customer problems in monitoring, policy, and intelligence.
Operating in a post-acquisition environment, this role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and prioritises outcomes over rigid process.
The Role
You will lead both strategy and execution across core product areas, combining customer insight, commercial awareness, and technical collaboration to deliver high-impact features.
Key responsibilities include:

* Leading customer discovery to validate problems, size opportunities, and inform the roadmap
* Defining product strategy and making clear, confident prioritisation decisions
* Writing high-quality product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Working closely with engineering to scope work, manage trade-offs, and maintain delivery momentum
Specific experience we are looking to hire:
* Strong Product Management knowledge, operating at Lead, Principal, or Director level
* Strong experience with B2B SaaS, data platforms, or information services
* Proven track record of owning product strategy and delivering in agile environments
* Skilled in product discovery (customer interviews, prototyping, data analysis)
* Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and communicating trade-offs
* Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products
* Experience in post-acquisition, transformation, or replatforming environments
