Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Supervisor role
* Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
* Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
* Ensure all service standards are consistently followed, including upselling and product knowledge.
* Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support.
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control within the department.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are fully prepared and maintained.
* Work closely with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
About you
You have experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food and beverage, ideally in a hotel or busy hospitality environment. You lead by example, work well under pressure, and communicate confidently. A proactive team player, you are committed to delivering high standards and excellent guest service.
