Job Description
The Head of Finance will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all financial operations and reporting
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial health of the company
* Providing financial insights and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
* Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
* Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
* Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders
* Reviewing all formal finance procedures and related processes
* Driving the financial planning of the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
* Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* A strong background in the financial services industry or related
* Statutory accounts preparation experience required
* Proven experience in a leadership role within finance
* Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to easily convey complex technical information to non-finance audiences
