About the role:
Lila Connect are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Desk-Based Sales team to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. You are an experienced and skilled sales professional with a demonstrable track record in direct outbound sales and lead generation - perhaps gained in desk-based or contact centre sales team roles.
We are busy, you won't sit still much, and you'll need to be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where you're accountable for your own performance and the quality of your work. But if you want to make an impact quickly - adding lots of value - and starting to develop a career with a company who have hugely ambitious growth plans, LilaConnect might be what you are looking for.
Skills & experience:
* Successful background in meeting and/or exceeding sales KPI's
* Able to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, both inbound
and outbound as well an answering customer emails to stimulate sales opportunities
* Able to be patient and remain focussed and composed even with challenging customers
* Proficient using MS Office (word, excel, power point) and experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage
Training and Development:
* Full technical, product and process training will be provided for this role
* You will be encouraged to learn and develop your skills in all relevant areas that support the business in line with the company's values
