Inside Sales and Sales Development Representative Southampton, United Kingdom
This position involves marketing a highly innovative wearable device designed to improve the daily lives of people with low vision. The product is unique in the market, and the inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to perform lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This is a home-office-based role anywhere in England.
Requirements include previous experience in sales development and inside sales. Experience with healthcare or medical device sales is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas – 70% of the time.
2. Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations with leads via outbound calls.
3. Close deals over the phone – 30% of the time.
4. Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed.
5. Record all interactions in CRM systems and report activity periodically.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products.
