Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist who is just as comfortable in a platform dashboard as being in front of a camera. It is a role focused on multi-channel approaches to maximise results, Youll run a broad range of initiatives - affiliate marketing, social media, and brand storytelling, and serves as one of the faces of our UK & Ireland brands across our social channels.

Youll work closely with our product marketing, SEO & GEO, MarTech, and content teams to grow our reach, improve visibility, and scale strategic partnerships across review, aggregator, and third-party content platforms.

Key responsibilities

This role is responsible for the integrated execution and management of a variety of marketing initiatives. While a core focus will be on partner and social media channels, you will be expected to take a holistic approach to campaign management, identifying new opportunities and channels to drive growth, and leveraging data to optimize performance across all marketing activities.

Partner Marketing

14. Manage our affiliate program, including developing strategy, partner recruitment, and performance tracking.
15. Foster strong partnerships with third-party content sites, review platforms, and aggregators.
16. Collaborate with our content and SEO teams to create high-performing affiliate content.
17. Optimise offers, creatives, and partner performance to drive measurable growth

Social Media

18. Lead social media channel strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
19. Work with our content team to produce social-first content optimised for both SEO and audience engagement.
20. Lead community engagement efforts, actively participating in conversations and empowering colleagues to be active and authentic brand ambassadors on social platforms.
21. Use insights and trend-watching to identify new opportunities.
22. Represent the brand on social media by creating authentic, brand-aligned posts and short-form video featuring yourself and your colleagues.

Performance & Analytics

23. Tracking, analyse, and report on campaign performance, benchmarking against key performance indicators (KPIs).
24. Utilise data-driven insights to iterate on and scale successful campaigns while identifying and optimising underperforming initiatives.
25. Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business decisions.

Required skills and experience

Essential

26. Have experience inaffiliate marketing, ideally using AWIN or similar platforms.
27. Know how to build and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, IG, and other platforms.
28. Possess an understanding of howsocial and affiliate content impact SEO/GEO visibility.
29. Using content editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, etc)
30. Are results-focused, creative, and unafraid to experiment.

Preferred

31. Have B2B experience.
32. Have experience or willingness to beon camerain representing a brand in customer-facing content.
33. Understand UGC, short-form video trends, and community-building strategies.

Desirable

34. Knowledge of web technologies such as domains, websites, and servers.
35. Experience of brand or product management.

Working Hours:

The normal hours of the business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.

After training, Hybrid working will be available, after discussions with the Line Manager, but two days would be required in the office.
