Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives, focusing on enhancing product visibility and increasing sales at key retail partners.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and seasonal product launches.
3. Conduct regular market research to monitor retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
4. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as sales performance, consumer engagement, and ROI.
5. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation across campaigns, events, and partner collaborations.
6. Develop and implement strategies to maximize retail shelf space across key partners, enhancing product placement for better visibility and sales.
7. Lead and manage the marketing team.
You Are
* Having 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
* Possessing deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce growth strategies.
* Showing strong creative instincts combined with analytical and commercial acumen.
* Exhibiting exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
