Role Description
Contemporary Salons is seeking an experienced and commercially aware Business Development Manager to support the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our salon group.
Qualifications
• Oversee financial performance and Profit & Loss reporting
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media and digital advertising
• Conduct one-to-one franchisee and performance review meetings
• Provide operational support across HR, stock, and budgeting
• Organise education seminars, events, and guest artist collaborations
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
• Contribute to awards, brand projects, and team initiatives
About You:
• Hairdressing background with strong industry knowledge
• Commercially minded with financial awareness
• Organised, proactive, and confident in stakeholder meetings
• Passionate about salon growth, standards, and team development
