You will be part of a team responsible for managing Stark UK’s property portfolio. In this role, you will support the delivery of comprehensive property and asset management services by providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of a busy department managing a large and diverse portfolio of properties.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Property Management Assistant, you will communicate with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Whether answering queries or raising invoices, you will develop a strong knowledge of property and facilities management.
Deliverables and Performance
* Set up suppliers and raise purchase orders to facilitate supplier appointments.
* Ensure timely payments and handle payment-related queries.
* Monitor and reconcile budgets for rent, rates, service charges, and insurance.
* Audit payments to ensure accuracy in the ledger.
* Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
* Prepare accurate documentation and reports for Property Managers.
* Research property-related queries on behalf of Property Managers.
* Coordinate security consultants and maintain security at vacant properties.
* Arrange meetings, site visits, and inspections.
* Maintain high standards of property records to enable accurate reporting.
* Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
* Assist in the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and visitor reception.
What You’ll Need To Have
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Math and English.
* Experience working in a professional office environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Flexible attitude and ownership of responsibilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Competence in using various computer programs for record-keeping and report generation.
* Experience in monitoring and reconciling budgets.
* Experience with electronic and paper filing systems.
* Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
* Experience in a corporate or private practice environment focusing on commercial property and asset management.
* Knowledge of property management, landlord and tenant practices, laws, rules, and regulations.
